For long-term rental, we offer parking spaces in the basement of an apartment building near Metro C Budějovická in Prague 4, on the border of Michle and Krč, on Hanusova Street.
Parking space is directly at entrance 1A – so you don’t have to go down to a lower level. The gate is remote-controlled, and the entrance operates with a chip.
Rent is 3,000 CZK/month incl fees, with a deposit of one month’s rent. Real estate agent fee is one month’s rent + VAT.
