For long-term rental, we offer 2 parking spaces in the basement of an apartment building near Metro C Budějovická in Prague 4, on the border of Michle and Krč, on Hanusova Street.
One parking space is right at the garage entrance, and the other is directly at entrance 1A – so you don’t have to go down to a lower level. The gate is remote-controlled, and the entrance operates with a chip.
The parking spaces can be rented separately.
Rent is 3,000 CZK/month incl fees, with a deposit of one month’s rent. Real estate agent fee is one month’s rent + VAT.
