Within the allotment area, tenants have access to a supply of drinking water and waste disposal bins.
The monthly rent is 10,000 CZK. Service charges amount to 405 CZK; electricity is to be transferred to the tenant's name. A refundable security deposit of 10,000 CZK is required. The real estate agency commission is 10,000 CZK + VAT.
