We exclusively offer a mid-term rental of a new 3-bedroom townhouse - 146 sqm, with a front garden 73 sqm, and terrace 17 sqm, in a quiet residential area of Prague 8 in Březiněves. The house was built in 2018. It takes 20 minutes to reach the center of Prague by car (outside of rush hours), or 10 minutes by public transport - buses No. 369 and 348 to the Ládví metro station on line C.
The house is offered fully furnished and features an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a covered terrace at the front garden. Air conditioning, window blinds, and insect screens are a given.
The kitchen is equipped with built-in appliances including an extra-large refrigerator with a separate freezer, induction hob, electric and microwave oven, extractor hood, and dishwasher.
Two of the bedrooms can retain a double bed, the third room will have a single bed, and a cot can be left for a small child. Additional small pieces of furniture as per photographs.
One bathroom has a bathtub and toilet, while the other has a shower and toilet.
On the ground floor, there is a room available with a washing machine and dryer. The house also includes a safe for storing valuables. Heated by a gas boiler. The ground floor has floor heating throughout, and the upstairs, where the bedrooms are located, has individually regulated heating in each room. Floors - vinyl, in bathrooms - ceramic tiles.
The TV allows for viewing American channels.
From the living room, you can access the front garden, and from the kitchen, you can access the covered terrace and front garden, both located to the southwest.
Parking for 2 cars is available on the property in front of the house.

Visitor parking is located 100 meters from the house. Nearby are a kindergarten, fitness center, tennis courts, Billa supermarket, pharmacy, JIP wholesale, Teta drugstore, three restaurants, and a bio-top swimming pool for healthy swimming.
A children's playground, located about 50 meters from the house, is in a small pleasant park. The house offers views to the southwest over the garden to the park and northeast to the street with a parking spot.

The house is under our management = top-notch care. The price is 50,000 CZK per month, plus utility fees 12,000 CZK (including heating, water, electricity, internet, etc.), security deposit of two montly rents.
