We offer for rent an original village house (3 bedroms, 110 sqm) in Bečvár in Central Bohemia, only about 10 km west of Kutná Hora, with the option of renting a garage, a stable and 2 hectares of meadow. In the residential building, the final works of a complete reconstruction are currently underway, the completion of which is expected around May 15.
Everything in the interior of the building will be completely new. The attic is already insulated with a 10-14 cm layer of mineral wool, and a new Junkers gas condensing boiler is used for heating. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor, new radiators were installed on the first floor.
The house is connected to water supply and sewerage. In addition to the rent, future tenants must count on the payment of water and sewerage. Household waste collection is also paid for, and electricity and gas consumption will also be transferred to the tenant.
The building is entered through the courtyard through the entrance hall, opposite the entrance is a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, on the left side there is a living kitchen (22.7 sqm) with an original beamed ceiling. And it is expected to be fully equipped, including a dishwasher. At the opposite end of the corridor is the entrance to the bedroom (17.2 sqm). There is also a staircase to the first floor from the corridor.
In the attic there is a second – smaller kitchen (8 sqm), both kitchen units will be provided by the owner of the building. There is a second bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet on the first floor. A pair of bedrooms, in which a wooden floor is planned, has 23.9 and 17.4 sqm.
The house is part of a farm, the owners want to use part of the outbuildings, including the barn, for their needs, as well as a separate toilet accessible from the outside, which is heated in winter by the cottage's gas boiler. The part used by the owners will be separated by a fence, for example the garden will be completely available to the tenants, who will also have a separate entrance and entrance from the street (a new gate and wicket is ready to be installed).
In addition to the house, interested parties can also rent the aforementioned spacious garage (CZK 2 000 per month), a farm that can be used, for example, as a stable for horses (CZK 2 000 per month) and 2 hectares of meadow about 1 km from the offered house (CZK 6,000 per month). Interested parties pay one rent as a commission. The deposit is in the amount of three months' rent.
