We are offering medical offices for rent, each with a room that can serve as a waiting room or office, in a medical center in Prague’s Břevnov district. Each room has a separate entrance from the hallway. Patients can use the waiting room located directly on the premises—separated by a partition—and a restroom in the hallway.
Each room has two plastic double-pane windows that open, equipped with metal horizontal blinds, and is well-lit; natural light complements the office lighting. The linoleum flooring meets hygiene standards and is easy to clean.
The health center prefers that the office be used for the following specialties: pulmonology, allergology, psychiatry, orthopedics, pediatrics, gynecology, or general practice. One of the offices contains a gynecological exam chair, which can be purchased from the health center if interested.
