Office space is now available for rent in the large complex, with several office units available. All spaces are oriented to the north side and offer views of the park. Each office space has its sanitary facilities for employees, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The building is equipped with high-capacity lifts that provide convenient access to each floor, and there is a spacious bike room with changing rooms and showers in the basement.
Tenants are also offered a complimentary selection of modern office equipment from our warehouse. The largest of the office units on offer is 608 m² and has two kitchens. This space can be flexibly subdivided so that only one-third or two-thirds can be rented depending on the tenant's needs.
Offices with an area of 516 sqm (2x) are available until 30.6.2028, while offices of 246 sqm and 608 sqm are available until 30.6.2030.
Parking spaces are also available at a ratio of 1 parking space for every 45 m² of rented area, at a price of 2 000 CZK per month.
