We offer for long-term rent office, unfurnished, air-conditioned spaces on different floors, with a shared kitchen and toilet in Prague 3 Žižkov. Originally an apartment building, it was rebuilt into an administrative building in 1993 during a comprehensive reconstruction, and in 2007 the interiors were modernized.
Central district heating. Carpets, tiles. Telephone (the building has its own telephone exchange, the number of lines is unlimited). Internet (optical cable from Dial Telecom or another supplier via an antenna on the roof or ADSL/VDSL connection via its own exchange). Telephone and IT sockets are distributed throughout the floor as standard. For regular cleaning, it is possible to use either the main supplier (for a fee) or your own cleaning company. Parking in the neighboring building.
Not far from the house there are parks Vrch Vítkov and Parukářka. All civic amenities in the area. Transport accessibility from the bus or tram stop, which are located about 4 minutes walk from the house.
Utilities fees are paid separately + VAT, the security deposit two monthly rents including fees. The PENB card is not available, therefore class G is indicated.
