Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing female roommate to share my apartment in Prague 5, Malá Strana. Trams 22, 12, 9 and 15 are just a two-minute walk away.
The room is available from mid-late November. Minimum stay is 6-12 months.
About the room and apartment
Room: 20 m² bedroom. The floors are currently being redone, so the room is unfurnished for now. The rest of the apartment is furnished.
Shared spaces: kitchen (approx. 11.5 m²), 1 bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet) plus a separate toilet, living room (23 m²), balcony and storage closet
Costs
Rent: 17,500 CZK per month
Monthly fees: 800 CZK
Utilities: electricity and gas split between us
Deposit: 20,000 CZK
Who I’m looking for
I’d love to share with a woman in her 20s who is tidy, clean, respectful and friendly. Ideally you’re working, but students are welcome too.
About me and the vibe
The aim is a calm, comfortable home where we respect each other’s space but can also chat over a coffee now and then. I work from home, so I’d appreciate someone who is mindful of noise during the day and respects the shared space. In return, I’m easygoing, clean, and happy to keep our home a calm, comfortable place for both of us.
