We offer for long-term rental a newly renovated and fully furnished one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, having an area of 40,6 sqm with cellar, on the 3rd floor of a brick building located at Prague 6 – Střešovice, on the very border of Hradčany.
Layout. The apartment is designed to create four separate zones from a smaller space. The living area with a fold-out sofa for two, a dining area with a round table, and a modern kitchenette with appliances are interconnected and can be divided into separate spaces with sliding curtains. In the separate entrance area of the apartment, there is a built-in double bed and a separate working corner. Thus, sleeping does not block the living space, and there is no need to unfold the sofa every day.
Equipment and execution. Renovation completed in 2026, interior by Zevvl Design (designers of small spaces, from tiny houses to city apartments; their tiny house earned a four-page feature in Forbes, with a mention on the cover), photographs taken by Radek Spanninger. Oak parquet floors laid in a herringbone pattern, preserved original 1940s tiling in the entrance area, adjustable lighting scenes in different zones from classic warm white to dimmed atmospheric in various parts of the apartment, tile-based art installation evoking a secondary view from the window. Bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, separate toilet, room with storage spaces.
Building and amenities. Brick building with 11 apartments, newly renovated facade. Shared rooftop terrace with views of Petřín Lookout Tower and Černín Palace, inner block garden with seating, balcony on the floor, cellar cubicle. Northwest orientation to a quiet inner block - no street noise and no overheating in summer.
Location. 13 minutes walk to Hradčanské Square and Prague Castle. Strahov Monastery, Petřín, and Max van der Stoel Park within walking distance, Petynka swimming pool five minutes away. Tram and complete amenities on site.

Terms. Rent 26,000 CZK per month + 4.500 CZK/ 2 people, including electricity. Electricity will be billed separately. Refundable deposit equal to two months' rent. Real estate agent commission one month's rent + 21% tax. Available from October 1, 2026, we prefer a lease for 12 months or longer.
