The studio is located on the 4th floor of a brick, functionalist residential building with an elevator. The building has undergone partial renovation - new elevator, insulation of the gable wall and roof, new wooden windows and doors in common areas. It is under historical preservation. The studio faces southeast with a view of the street and Vítkov Hill. The kitchenette with a sink and an electric double burner is cleverly placed in the entry hallway. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, new boiler, and hookup for a washing machine. Heating is provided by direct heaters. The room has nice parquet floors; elsewhere there is tiling. Street parking - residential zones.
In close proximity, there is the extensive Vítkov Hill park or the Vltava riverbank, and nearby is Štvanice Island with sports facilities and a beach. All civic amenities are in the nearby area. Public transport connections are excellent. It's just about a 3-minute walk to the C/B metro station, the international bus station, and the Florenc public transport bus and tram stop.
The fees are 900 CZK per person, electricity is transferred to the tenant. The refundable deposit is set at 30,000 CZK. Real estate commission is one month's rent + VAT.
The PENB certificate is not available, so class G is listed. The apartment does not come with a cellar storage space.
