Historic Art Nouveau house after complete reconstruction, right on nám. Jiřího z Poděbrad. Representative common areas of the house. Only quality materials and equipment were used for the reconstruction of the apartment, such as solid oak parquet, air conditioning in all rooms, large windows with triple glazing for maximum light and silence, security doors.
The living room has a kitchenette with a built-in dining area (the kitchen has all appliances including a wine cabinet). The bedroom has its own dressing room. There are a number of built-in spaces throughout the apartment and it is partially furnished. In the bathroom you will find a shower. The apartment also includes a washing machine. A separate toilet is accessible from the hallway.
A parking space can be rented for a fee of 6,500 CZK + 21% VAT per month. Security is supported by a camera system and the tenant has the option to have the apartment completely furnished for a higher rent.
