We offer for rent a beautiful and modern 1-bedroom apartment after a complete renovation, located in the popular Brno-Vinohrady area on Valtická Street. The apartment is suitable for 1–2 people.
Vinohrady is a pleasant residential area offering plenty of greenery, good local amenities and convenient public transport connections to Brno city centre. Shops, services, schools, public transport stops and leisure facilities are all available nearby.
The layout consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom combined with a toilet. The entrance area flows directly into the living space.
A 2 m² cellar also belongs to the apartment, which is a great advantage and provides additional storage space for seasonal items, bicycles or other belongings.
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, hob, and plenty of storage space. The rest of the living area is currently unfurnished, allowing the new tenant to arrange it according to their own preferences.
The bedroom is also currently unfurnished. The owner is open to providing basic furniture upon prior agreement.

The refundable security deposit is CZK 40,000.
The agency commission is one month's rent, including utilities + 21% VAT.
