Dětská nemocnice public transport stop is only about a one-minute walk from the building, while Česká in the very centre of Brno can be reached by tram in approximately 5–6 minutes.
Its layout includes a main bedroom with direct access to the balcony, a smaller room suitable as a home office or children's bedroom, a living area connected to the kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, and an entrance hall.
