The apartment is furnished as shown in the photos. Some of the furniture belongs to the current tenant, so it is possible to agree individually on whether the future tenant would like to keep, for example, the bed or sofa bed. The bed can be unfolded for two people. The library will remain in the apartment, and other furnishings can be agreed upon individually.
The apartment features a 1+kk layout, balcony, kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, bathroom cabinets, large built-in wardrobe in the hallway and a library.
The apartment is primarily suitable for one person or a couple, possibly a single parent with a child. Long-term rental is preferred. The final selection of the tenant is always at the landlord’s discretion.
Na Neklance is one of the quieter streets in Smíchov. Radlická metro station (line B), Prague-Smíchov railway station and Anděl are all within walking distance. The area offers shops, restaurants, services, schools, sports facilities and plenty of opportunities for walks and relaxation. Smíchov is also undergoing major transformation, particularly through the Smíchov City development, which is gradually bringing new housing, services and public spaces to the area.

Service charges: approx. CZK 1,800/month
Electricity: transferred to the tenant, estimated at approx. CZK 1,200/month
Refundable security deposit: CZK 25,000

The service charges include heating, hot water, elevator, maintenance of greenery, waste collection, common electricity, cleaning and other services related to the operation of the building.
A condition for signing the lease agreement is arranging home and liability insurance covering damage caused by the tenant while using the apartment. The annual cost is usually around CZK 1,800–2,000.
Viewings will take place on Thursday 20.8.2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Each interested applicant will have an individual viewing time.
