Electricity and gas will be transferred to the tenant’s name, with an estimated combined cost of approximately CZK 2,000 per month. Before moving in, a refundable security deposit of CZK 22,000 and an agency commission of CZK 19,900 plus VAT must be paid.
The apartment is available by agreement.
