From July1, 2026, we offer for rent an apartment with a practical layout 4+1 directly in the popular part of Smichov. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment building with an elevator. The apartment has preserved original architectural features such as high ceilings, original reconditioned wooden parquet, coffered doors and mullioned windows.
The practical layout of the apartment offers a spacious entrance hall with plenty of storage space, a living room oriented to the one-way street, three unbroken bedrooms (two oriented to the courtyard and one to the street), a kitchen equipped with appliances except for a dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and washing machine.
A balcony accessible from one of the bedrooms is a plus. The apartment is rented furnished with basic furniture.
Fees are CZK 1,000 when occupied by one person/month, and electricity and gas are transferred to the tenant. The deposit is set at two monthly rents. The commission to the real estate agent is one monthly rent + VAT.
