The Fellows Jaselská project offers new and modern studio accommodation units ranging in size from 27 m². We offer a selection of different layouts and sizes, as well as various interior designs and colour schemes. Units are available with views facing either the street or the quiet inner courtyard. The Fellows Jaselská project was designed with a strong focus on high-quality next-generation urban living. In addition to accommodation units finished to a high standard, the project offers thoughtfully designed shared spaces that support comfortable everyday living. Residents can enjoy a welcoming reception area, a co-working space with workstations and meeting rooms, social areas, a yoga room, and a cinema room.
The project also incorporates modern technologies, including heat recovery ventilation, air-based heating and cooling systems, as well as high-quality acoustic and thermal insulation solutions. At the same time, the building reflects current requirements for sustainability and energy efficiency.
The price consists of rent and flat-rate energy payments that are not billed. The security deposit is equal to 1.5 times the monthly accommodation fee, including utilities. The agency commission fee is equal to one month’s accommodation fee, including utilities, plus VAT. The rental conditions are designed with a focus on long-term and comfortable accommodation. The preferred accommodation period is 10–12 months. Shorter stays may be possible under individual conditions and may be subject to a higher accommodation fee.
