Thanks to its generous floor area, it offers plenty of space and can be cleverly divided into living and sleeping zones. Furthermore, the apartment features built-in wardrobes providing ample storage. The kitchenette is equipped with a small built-in fridge, oven, and induction hob. The bathroom features a shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Heating is provided by a gas boiler. Tenants are welcome to use the shared garden in front of the house.
The location offers everything you might need – shops, cafes, restaurants, and parks are in the immediate vicinity. The Vyšehrad metro station (line C) is just a few minutes' walk away, and the nearest tram stop is approximately 200 meters from the house. From the apartment, you can reach Vyšehrad in just a few moments and enjoy beautiful views of Prague.
