The building where the apartment is located is in the original, outlying part of Líšeň.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built three-story building. The total area is 38 m². The apartment includes a terrace (8 m²) and a basement storage unit (6 m²) on the ground floor of the building; these are not included in the apartment’s square footage.
The apartment features a spacious entryway, a room with a kitchenette, and access to the terrace. The living area feels very spacious and bright. There is ample space for a dining table, a sofa set, and a TV unit; all these areas are accommodated within this room.
