We offer for long-term rental a spacious, partially furnished 3+1 apartment on the 7th floor of a panel building with an elevator in Černý Most, Prague 14. The apartment consists of two bedrooms facing north. The living room is equipped with a solid oak wall unit and a dining table, and access to a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with cabinets, a built-in refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and extractor fan. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and washbasin cabinet with mirror. The toilet is separate. The entrance to the second balcony is from the hallway. Floating floors and tiles, plastic windows. Heating is provided by a central boiler in the building. Internet connection available. Street parking – zones.
The building is located right next to the Rajská zahrada metro station on line B, 1 minute walk – very good transport accessibility, 15 minutes to the center. The train station Praha Rajská zahrada is a 5-minute walk away – connection to the Main Train Station (center and metro line C). All civic amenities in the vicinity – doctor, restaurant, kindergarten, school, and Černý Most shopping center. The central park offers a wide range of sports activities and leisure and relaxation opportunities.
Fees are paid separately, a refundable deposit of 30,000 CZK. Electricity is transferred to the tenant. The real estate agency's commission is 1 month's rent + VAT.
