The common areas are fully equipped, including an iron, cleaning supplies, and other necessities for everyday use. The lockable room itself is equipped with a 160x200cm double bed, a desk, an armchair, a wardrobe, a blanket, and a pillow. Internet and cleaning of common areas (once a week) are included in the rent. Tenants also have access to a fitness center, a coin-operated laundry room, and a shared terrace.
The residence is located in a very popular area close to the city center, not far from Kinsky Gardens and Petřín Park.
