We are offering for rent a 3+kk apartment with a floor area of 73 m² and a private balcony, located in a quiet part of Prague – Černý Most.
The apartment has been fully renovated and is very well laid out. It is situated on the 3rd floor of a panel building with an elevator and consists of: an entrance hall with access to a children’s room, bedroom, bathroom, toilet, living room, and kitchen. The entire apartment is interconnected in a circular layout. In the very center of the apartment are the bathroom and a separate toilet.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink with cabinet, mirror, and washing machine. The living room is very spacious and unfurnished, containing only a work desk with one chair. It is directly connected to the kitchen, which can also be accessed from the hallway. The kitchen is located on both sides of the space and is almost fully equipped – hob with oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher (to be installed).
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed including mattresses and a built-in wardrobe. The children’s room has a bunk bed with mattresses and another built-in wardrobe.
Monthly utilities: CZK 7,000 (incl. household and liability insurance).
Electricity is transferred to the tenant – we will arrange the transfer for you.
Refundable security deposit: CZK 40,000 (can be split into two payments).
Agency fee: one month’s rent + 21% VAT.
As part of the reservation process, we carry out screening in banking and non-banking registers (Solus, etc.). A clean record is required. Available from 9 December 2025.
The apartment is in a very pleasant and quiet location. The surrounding area offers many shopping options, such as the CČM shopping center, IKEA, MAKRO, SCONTO, and more. A school and kindergarten are within walking distance, the nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and Černý Most metro station is 10–15 minutes on foot.
