We are offering for rent a new unfurnished 2+kk apartment with a balcony and a wardrobe in the entirely new Vitkovia project. The multifunctional Vitkovia building is located in Prague 3, in the heart of old Žižkov, very close to Vítkov Park.

Utility fees of 3,996 CZK (hot and cold water, heating, waste, elevator, cleaning, etc.) + electricity (approx. 1,000 CZK), which is transferred to the tenant. Real estate commission is one month's rent + VAT. A refundable security deposit equal to two months' rent. The PENB certificate indicates class B.
