The lockable room itself is equipped with a double bed, desk, armchair, wardrobe, blanket, and pillow. Internet and cleaning of common areas (once a week) are included in the rent. Tenants also have access to a fitness center, laundry room (coin-operated), and shared terrace.
The residence is located in a very popular area close to the city center, not far from Kinsky Gardens and Petřín Park. There are excellent amenities in the area – the Anděl shopping center, Cinema City Nový Smíchov, schools, restaurants, bars, and much more. Transport links are also excellent: the Újezd tram stop (200 m), Anděl metro station (10 minutes' walk), or Praha–Smíchov train station (5 tram stops).
