The kitchen is oriented to the southwest, while the two connecting rooms face east, allowing for plenty of natural daylight. The apartment is partly furnished and features practical, modern amenities. The kitchen is equipped with new built-in appliances, including an electric oven with an induction cooktop and a dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower and a connection for a washing machine, the toilet is separate.
The floors are a combination of tiles and parquet, with carpets added on the parquet in the bedrooms for a cozy and comfortable feel. The windows are plastic with blinds, and the entrance door is a security door.

The building is made of brick. Tenants can use the shared garden on the ground floor for personal use, as well as the bike storage area belonging to the building.

The rent for this apartment is CZK 20 000. Utility and service fees amount to CZK 5,000 (internet is not included). A refundable deposit of CZK 40 000, equivalent to two months’ rent, is required, and the agency fee is CZK 25, 000.

The building is insulated and secure, with a clean and well-maintained garden. Heating is provided by an electric boiler.
Parking is available in front of the building.
With the owners’ agreement, a small dog may be allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
