An exclusive apartment will be ready from February 1, 2026. It is located on the top fifth floor of an original apartment building with an elevator in Královské Vinohrady. The apartment is divided into two floors—the first floor serves as a social area for guests, and the second floor is more private.
The first floor is divided into a spacious entrance hall, living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. The spacious living room faces the street and has access to the first terrace (13.15 m2), which faces east. The kitchen faces a quiet courtyard, is fully equipped with all appliances, and opens onto a second terrace (9.05 m2) facing west into the courtyard.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, a dryer, and access to the roof terrace. The roof terrace, accessible from the second floor of the apartment, is an incredible 45 m² and offers a 360° view of Prague.
There is also a unique private garden in the courtyard, which provides space for both relaxation and work.
The apartment has wooden parquet floors, and each room has very powerful air conditioning. Heating and hot water are provided by a local gas boiler.
Parking spaces in the garage can be rented for a fee.
The fees associated with the use of the apartment are CZK 2,800/person/month + electricity and gas (transferred to the tenant). The deposit is two months' rent.
The tenant is aware of the real estate agency commission in the amount of one month's rent + VAT.
