The interior is very bright thanks to the French windows facing the south side of the world. The extra large living room is equipped with a kitchen with basic appliances (hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave). The kitchen is currently being finished (photos do not show the final state). The bedroom has both a separate entrance from the hallway and a passage from the living room, Both living rooms then have access to a great terrace and all windows are also blackout with automatic roller shutters. The bathroom then has a shower and toilet (another separate toilet located in the hallway and the washing machine is also located in the hallway). The unit is also equipped with a heat recovery system. The whole apartment is air conditioned.
In the vicinity of the house you will find e.g. great gastro establishments (Grosseto, Vietnamese Dian, Dhaba Beas...), in the park of Brumlovka you will also find a post office, hairdresser, supermarket Albert and other amenities.
