The apartment has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, the first of which offers a bathroom with shower and the second a bath with bidet. The interconnecting room, which can be used for example as a study, can also be used as an office, there is also access to the loggia and a separate toilet. An imaginary icing on the cake can be a spacious separate dressing room, a storage room in the apartment, or well-kept oak parquet floors. The apartment can also be rented with a parking space in the courtyard of the house for an additional fee.
The deposit is 2 monthly rents. The commission is 1 monthly rent + VAT.
