Job description:
Takes care of existing clients and actively seeks new business opportunities in a designated region
Prepares and processes business offers, negotiates contracts and supplier agreements
Communicates with clients on a daily basis and addresses their specific requirements
Evaluates market and competitor information and reports on results to their supervisor
Prepares price quotations and consults with the sales manager
Participates in important trade fairs, where he/she establishes further contacts with compound processors and potential customers
Cooperates with the research and development department (new products, innovations to existing products)
Deals with customer complaints
Discusses production options with the responsible employee in terms of product range, production deadlines, and required quality indicators
Responsible for processing purchase agreements for all customers in accordance with applicable legal standards, proposes corrective measures
Responsible for fulfillment of the business plan
We expect:
Bachelor degree or comparable education
Language skills – English and Italian fluently, Czech is an advantage
Experience of B2B sale, dealing with customers
Experience of working in an international team
Strategic thinking and a strategic view of global sales
Negotiating skills and presentation skills
Independence, responsibility, active approach for job
Willingness to travelling and stress resistance
Driving license class B
