Senior Sales Manager (FIN/NOR) - Nautical Equip

Our company is looking for a brilliant Salesman with “natural born sales abilities“ who will take over well established market in Norway and Finland respectively and who will find a way to accelerate the business as there is still huge potential for growth. Our company is the exclusive European distributor of the World's best Pleasure-boat anchors on the market. Our products are well known and accepted by the final users (boat owners) and now also by professional companies (boat builders, chandleries, boat dealers and service points). Due to rapidly rising demand (increase of sales by 20%-40% yearly since 2013) from the B2B and B2C market, we are looking for someone who will be enthusiastic, motivated, self driven, professional, and who would genuinely enjoy this sales environment. You must be ready to join a fast growing company and take advantage of a readily prepared market and accelerate its growth. By achieving the sales goals you can generate an average income of 5.000 - 7.000 Euro/month. We are looking for someone who will see the opportunity in our unique and constantly demanded products.

This position is offered as commission based only with no fix salary, however, the existing accounts in the market are generating a considerable income already which you inherit and grow from.

Who are we looking for:

• A Positive and energetic sales person looking for the right product to sell in the European territory

• A Salesman who can sell "paper to trees,” but in our case it would be world's best product to a demanding and ready B2B market

• An English speaking individual with Finish or Norwegian origin who understands the culture of the home market

• Knowledge of the field is not required but is an advantage
