Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst

We are looking for an experienced professional to join a strategic transformation project focused on driving operational excellence and process optimization worldwide. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and support automation initiatives that enhance efficiency, service quality, and employee experience. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and service quality
• Analyze business processes and recommend practical, data-driven solutions
• Lead projects focused on process optimization, simplification, and automation
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to deliver measurable business improvements
• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices
• Facilitate workshops and engage teams in solving business challenges
• Track improvement outcomes and ensure sustainable process performance

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 5+ years of Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Process Excellence
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Strong experience leading process optimization and transformation initiatives
• Background in Shared Services, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, or similar functions
• Knowledge of process automation, process mining, RPA, or AI solutions
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities in English language
