Compelson is a Czech software company with a worldwide product for law-enforcement. We were honored with the prestigious Exporter of the Year 2023 award for digital solutions, presented by the President of the Chamber of Commerce. Also we were selected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as one of the 13 most prestigious Czech companies operating in foreign markets, alongside companies such as Budvar, Tatra, Petrof and Aero Vodochody.

We are now looking for new colleagues to help us develop our business activities in established foreign markets.

The combination of territories that we assign to you will be arranged at the interview according to your preferences. To give you an idea, this may include a combination of the USA and countries in Europe. We currently sell products to more than 160 countries.


You will be welcomed an international team of colleagues from Argentina, UAE, USA, Great Britain, India and the Czech Republic. We are looking for new colleagues who will work in regular Czech working hours. We have flexible working hours from 10 AM to 4 PM. We will teach you the specifics of law enforcement, international business and working with partners if needed as we have established and proven processes for doing so.

About us

  • We sell our own software products that we develop ourselves.

  • We sell worldwide mainly digitally from our offices in Prague 7, Holešovice.

  • The main market is B2G, occasionally B2B.

  • 80% of the business is done in cooperation with our partners, which we have more than 100 in different parts of the world.

Sales

  • The core activity is maintaining relationships with key partners in the countries you will be looking after. These are typically 1-3 depending on the size of the country.

  • The product you'll be selling is used by law enforcement organizations around the world for mobile device forensic investigations.

  • We have a unique position in the market where there are about 4 competing solutions, each product is good at something different and we can integrate with each other. So customers typically use multiple tools and if they are already using a competitor, it tends to be an advantage.

What we expect from you

  • Experience in B2B/B2G business OR experience from Law Enforcement.

  • Native English speaker.

  • You have a good understanding of technology.
