The Role

We are looking for a Sales Associate who feels at home in a refined, design-driven environment and enjoys engaging thoughtfully with an international clientele.

This role is less about transactional selling and more about hosting, guiding, and representing the brand. You will be one of the faces of the store — welcoming visitors, introducing them to our collections, and helping them navigate the craftsmanship, stories, and details behind each piece.

Fluency in English is essential.

ARTĚL is an award-winning luxury crystal and design company with a flagship store in the heart of downtown Prague. Our work is rooted in Czech craftsmanship and combines traditional techniques with contemporary design.

Each piece is hand-made by skilled artisans, and our collections are sold internationally to collectors, designers, and clients with a strong appreciation for quality and detail. Alongside our glassware, the store also presents a curated selection of jewelry and design objects from around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Experience & Brand Representation

• Welcome clients into the store and create a calm, attentive, and personal experience

• Introduce collections through storytelling, material knowledge, and an understanding of craft

• Build long-term client relationships through an individual, considered approach

• Represent the brand’s values and aesthetic to an international audience

Product & Space Care

• Develop strong product knowledge across glassware, jewelry, and design objects

• Maintain the shop floor and visual displays in line with brand standards

• Ensure the store environment reflects the quality and care of the collections

Store Operations

• Support daily store operations

• Handle orders, deliveries, inventory, and cash register operations

• Address client questions or concerns with professionalism and discretion

Who You Are

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)

• Naturally communicative, observant, and attentive

• Comfortable speaking with people from different cultures and backgrounds

• Interested in design, craftsmanship, and the world of luxury objects

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Previous experience in luxury retail, galleries, or hospitality is welcome, but not essential — we value attitude, sensibility, and curiosity above all.
