Product Stewardship Engineer

Are you passionate about product safety and regulatory compliance? We are looking for a Product Stewardship Engineer to take the lead in securing that products meet the higest safety standards while driving sustainability initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring that products (industrial, personal protective, electrical a electronic, consumer) meet all compliance requirements.
• Maintaining and safeguarding the availability of up-to-date technical documentation related to product safety (SDS, CE marking, labeling, etc.).
• Addressing customer inquiries regarding product safety, including providing SDS and composition data.
• Monitoring regulatory developments for product notifications and registrations, ensuring prompt submission to national portals.
• Analyzing and validating data to secure product safety in compliance with regulations.
• Ensuring adherence to regulations concerning packaging, WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment), and battery laws in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
• Knowledge of legal requirements within the area of product safety and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
