Presentation Designer in Creative Studio

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a global consulting environment where visual storytelling matters. You’ll work with international teams to translate complex project pitches and strategic narratives into graphically creative, visually compelling presentations that engage and inspire our clients. Every slide you touch should elevate the story being told, adding clarity, impact, and design excellence to high-stakes deliverables.

You can work from our modern office in the heart of Prague or anywhere in the Czech Republic after 2–3 months of initial training in our Prague office.

Contract is for one year with possibility of extension based on business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Presentation & Design Excellence

• Improve and elevate PowerPoint slides across all formats, consistently adding strong visual value and clarity to content.

• Produce deliverables in additional formats (e.g., Adobe applications) when projects demand it.

• Create presentations using Kearney format guidelines; demonstrate a strong command of Kearney ribbon macros and tools.

• Confidently work within client templates, including understanding client master construction, colour schemes, and formatting standards.

• Identify and resolve formatting and template inconsistencies to ensure clean, professional deliverables.

• Translate complex consulting content into complementary visual storytelling that engages and inspires client audiences.

Workflow & Project Ownership

• Confidently accept assignments from Single Point of Entry coordinators and proactively communicate job status.

• Independently manage medium to large assignments while keeping coordinators informed of progress and risks.

• Take ownership of deliverables by reviewing final pages, ensuring accuracy, checking spelling and branding, and confirming correct page count and adherence to instructions.

• Demonstrate growing project management skills, including prioritisation, timeline awareness, and proactive clarification of ambiguous instructions.

Creative & Technical Capability

• Use advanced PowerPoint features and related tools to reimagine slide layouts where appropriate.

• Demonstrate intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of one or two Adobe software programs (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and apply them to enhance client deliverables.

• Show practical working knowledge of AI tools and begin incorporating AI-enhanced solutions where appropriate.

• Create value-added deliverables such as infographics, enhanced layouts, or light multimedia elements with minimal supervision.

Collaboration & Client Interaction

• Interact directly with consultant teams to understand design needs and translate ideas into visually compelling presentations.

• Ask thoughtful clarifying questions to ensure alignment with client expectations.

• Build strong working relationships with consultants and Creative Studio colleagues globally.

• Demonstrate professionalism and composure when managing tight deadlines or shifting priorities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required Technical Skills

Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including its latest AI-powered features. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools, whether Adobe Firefly, generative fill workflows, Freepik, or similar, is essential, not just a bonus. We want someone who actively explores and applies AI in their design practice, not just someone who has heard of it.

Creative & Visual Storytelling

We’re looking for someone who can see beyond formatting and bring genuine creative flair to presentation design. You understand how to structure a visual narrative, guide the viewer’s eye, and ensure design choices serve the story being told. You think in terms of audience impact, not just slide layouts.

Background & Experience

Previous experience in a design agency or corporate in-house design team is a strong advantage. If you’ve worked in an environment where creative standards are high, turnaround times are tight, and client expectations are exacting, you’ll thrive here.

AI Enthusiasm

We’re looking for someone who genuinely geeks out about AI; ideally a person for whom AI tools are a hobby, not just a work requirement. You stay current with the latest model releases, experiment with new image generation tools in your spare time and bring fresh ideas about what AI can do for visual communication.

Precision, reliability, and independence.  You’re a strong communicator with integrity and you’ll interact directly with global clients and colleagues across time zones.
