As a Nurse Educator, you’ll train and coach international medical providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant exams. You’ll be the bridge between operations and providers—raising capability, assuring quality, and unblocking logistics and IT, so the process runs smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Onboard and train providers (Gen Med, Mental Health, Audiology, Dentistry, Ophthalmology etc) on standards and workflows.
Guide providers through training modules, portals, and medical records navigation; ensure they document correctly.
Run pre‑exam briefings; after exams, review reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Conduct audits and re‑coaching; support service recovery and join client calls as needed.
Translate medical rationales into client‑aligned terminology
Troubleshoot logistics & IT (Teams support, Help Desk tickets, contingency templates); maintain onboarding logs.
Coordinate induction readiness (schedules, invites, IT access to case systems, SharePoint, Outlook, MS 365).
Follow OH&S procedures; report hazards/incidents and promote a safe working environment.
What You Bring:
Strong background in healthcare operations and provider‑facing education/QA.
Excellent communication & coaching skills;
High IT literacy (case management systems, CRM/telephony, Microsoft 365).
Problem‑solving, sound judgment, and the ability to work autonomously under pressure.
10+ years in customer‑service‑oriented roles (ideally with providers); 5+ years leadership/training.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Knowledge of U.S. military structure is a plus.
