JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure correct aircraft weight and balance using aviation systems to support safe take-off
• Prepare and verify load plans for each flight to ensure balance and safety
• Cooperate with ground staff, airline teams, and flight crew to support smooth and on-time loading
• Calculate and provide load sheets and weight data to the flight crew
• Perform weight and balance checks during flight operations to maintain aircraft stability
• Maintain accurate records of load-related documentation, including manifests and weight reports
• Meet strict deadlines, adapt to shift schedules, and comply with airline procedures
• Work in a 24/7 operational environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Complete a comprehensive onboarding and Training Program

• Interest in aviation and flight operations
• Strong sense of responsibility and a safety-first mindset
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
• High attention to detail; organised and structured working style
• Clear communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple teams
• Basic MS Office skills
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a time-sensitive environment
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
• Fluency in English
