About the Job:

Do you speak advanced Italian? Do you have experience from customer service and are you interested in HR? Would you like to work from home?

Job tasks:
- First point of contact for employees and managers via phone, email or chat
- Log contacts into case management system
- Resolve queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures
- Escalate queries that cannot be resolved
- Identify gaps in the supporting documentation and cooperate on improvement of processes
- Reporting

Start: asap
Location: Prague 8 and home office/fully remote
Contract for one year with possibility of prolongation.
Working schedule: full time (40 h/w)
