HR Operations Analyst

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to perform analysis of the HRIS systems including data integrity monitoring and administration.  

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation for new employees 
  • Analyse data in HRIS systems 
  • Answers ad hoc queries and prepares reports 
  • Provides technical, operational and training support 
  • Creates employee records and enters individual data 
  • Maintains employee records by processing promotions, suspensions, terminations, changes to personal data and other updates  

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluent in English 
  • Previous experience in HR processing 
  • Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, controls and regulations 
  • Experience with an ERP system and Microsotf tools
