We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to perform analysis of the HRIS systems including data integrity monitoring and administration.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation for new employees
- Analyse data in HRIS systems
- Answers ad hoc queries and prepares reports
- Provides technical, operational and training support
- Creates employee records and enters individual data
- Maintains employee records by processing promotions, suspensions, terminations, changes to personal data and other updates
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in HR processing
- Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, controls and regulations
- Experience with an ERP system and Microsotf tools
