Our client for this project is a global education technology manufacturer and software developer operating in over 35 countries, creating classroom technology, training programs and support materials to facilitate math and science education by working with educators throughout the world to connect the classroom learning experience with real-world applications.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support APR region inquiries + secondary European markets

  • Technical help desk - serve customers by providing information, responding to requests, resolving technical and general customer support issues via phone and email (calculators, computer software and iPad apps)

  • Identifying and reproducing uncommon technical issues to escalate when required

  • Report market trends

  • Testing new products and/or updates and reporting any findings

Your Profile

  • Fluent proficiency in the English language

  • Must reside or be living in the Czech Republic 

  • 1-year relevant experience in technical support or similar position is preferred 

  • Knowledge on APR Educational Systems is a plus

  • Any knowledge of Math and/or Programming with Python is a plus

  • Customer service experience required

  • Knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, or Share point considered an asset

  • Have a passion for new technology and can quickly understand and apply its benefits

  • Customer oriented and motivated with the desire to succeed

  • Interest in and willingness to work in a technological environment

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
