As a Data Capability Process Engineer for an International Supply Chain, you will be part of the digital transformation journey towards process automation, self-service reporting solutions enabling end-to-end visibility for various business users on a global scale, developing sustainable data models and data quality management. One of your main responsibilities will be to develop Tech Business solutions to answer International Supply Chain business owners' needs. The use of tech platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform or Python analytics are part of the common tools available for the engineer scope, however not a limitation.

What will you be doing:  

  • Developing Power BI dashboards and reporting for different audiences

  • Engaging closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into solutions

  • Creating data models, managing optimal structure, and optimizing performance

  • Maintain data quality, accuracy, and compliance with legislation, regulation, and local policy

  • Build strong relationships with various stakeholders to collect data on time

  • Drive standardization across different reports, and zones to ensure one truth of data Investigate and resolve technical issues

  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

  • Proactively drive continuous improvement and people experience through accurate and easy-to-access data

  • Support structural improvements & global projects

What you'll bring:  

  • Previous work experience with MS Office and MS Power Platform – VBA, SQL

  • Python knowledge

  • ERP/Salesforce and ChatGPT/AI knowledge and interest preferred

  • Experience in operational activities combined with project management/process and system improvement (Agile set-up)

  • Fluent in English

  • Tech-savvy, analytical, ownership, detail-oriented and growth mindset

  • Great communication skills (presenting to top management stakeholders)
