CloseCircle.io is being built as a long-term global social platform that prioritizes real interaction over algorithms. We aim to become the next generation of social media by moving away from endless content feeds and toward real communities, direct communication, and authentic interaction.

The platform is designed for creators, influencers, and public figures who want to build sustainable communities and long-term relationships with their audience, supported by strong operational and community management foundations at a global scale.

The role

We are looking for a Community & Operations Manager to support backend operations, social media coordination, and creator communication. This is a fully remote, contract-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and being involved in an early-stage global platform launch.

You will work closely with the founding team and play a key role in keeping the platform, creators, and communities running smoothly.

What you will do

• Manage and oversee daily platform operations

• Communicate with influencers, creators, and public figures

• Support onboarding and relationship management with creators

• Monitor social media channels and stay on top of trends

• Assist with community moderation and overall platform health

• Coordinate social media activity and outreach

• Support launch preparation and early scaling

• Identify issues early and help improve internal workflows
  

Who we are looking for

• Very strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)

• Actively follows online trends, creators, and digital culture

• Confident, clear, and professional communicator

• Organized, reliable, and proactive

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup

• Able to handle responsibility in a fast-moving startup environment
  

Nice to have (strong plus)

• Someone who can be the face of our social media presence

• Experience communicating with influencers or public figures

• Languages other than English (Spanish or other widely used languages are a strong plus)

• Basic graphical or visual skills (Canva, simple design work)

• Previous experience in community management, social media, or platform operations

• Monthly compensation of 50,000–60,000 CZK
