Hey, we’re Dubrink!
We’re a fast-growing startup (currently 9 FTE) founded by two Dutch entrepreneurs, with our headquarters in the vibrant heart of Prague. We have a position available as Client Success Engineer - which will naturally transition to becoming a Consultant (if you like).
Dubrink sits at the intersection of software, international trade, and climate regulation. At the core of our work is the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) - a new EU regulation that is rapidly transforming global trade.
It might not sound sexy at first, but trust us - it’s one of the biggest regulatory shifts in international trade in decades.
We’ve built one of the leading platforms that automates the entire CBAM process, helping companies navigate complex data flows between importers, suppliers, and regulators. Already more than 2,000 companies are connected to the Dubrink platform, and that number is growing quickly.
Joining Dubrink means stepping in at exactly the right moment in a brand new exciting fast growing field: we are small enough that your ideas matter, yet large enough to have a real impact on an emerging global market.
When new clients join Dubrink, you are the person who makes everything work.
You guide companies through the onboarding process, help them understand CBAM, and ensure they get the most value out of the platform. You combine technical curiosity, regulatory understanding, and strong communication skills to turn complex requirements into clear solutions.
You will work with known brands, customs service providers, large importers, and multinational companies across Europe.
Your mission is simple: Make sure every client becomes successful with CBAM and Dubrink. However, as you'll gather new knowledge every day, you could easily transition to a consultant within sex months.
