providing support to customers via phone and email
handling product and service complaints and queries
responsibility for correct order handling and customer data maintenance
proving basic product support
implementation of processes and procedures related to Customer Care
promoting current campaigns and offers
cooperation with sister companies
relevant experience in customer service field or similar
fluent German and English
knowledge of CRM is an advantage
