Claims Handler with GERMAN & ENGLISH

Euro-Center one of the world’s leading claims handling and cost containment companies, servicing customers of Europe’s leading assistance and travel insurance companies and their travellers, is looking for a team member to strengthen their team based in the Czech Republic.

Our current team of 10 employees in Prague handles insurance and assistance claims at a high professional level in an international office environment within the framework of various international projects in cooperation with other Euro-Centres, around the world.

We are currently looking for GERMAN speakers to fill the position of Claims Handler.

Main responsibilities:

  • Claims services

  • Answering incoming phone and email enquiries

  • Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical insurance claims

  • Efficient "start to end" claims to handle including data entry and invoice assessment

  • Provide friendly and outstanding customer service

  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

  • Work efficiently in a multi-lingual and multi-cultural team

Requirements:

  • GERMAN and ENGLISH speaker with professional fluency

  • Pro-active and performing well under pressure

  • Excellent attention to details

  • Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training

  • Matric or higher

  • Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools

  • Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurance, Claims Handling or Tourism will be an advantage
