JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Analyses incidents and secures the flawless operation of the ERP SD processes

  • Consults internal customers in the optimization and harmonization of business processes.

  • Performs business process analysis to support thorough IT solutions. Identifies business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment.

  • Performs planning, design and alignment of business processes and IT infrastructure systems and processes. Develops detailed customization and specifications of modules and applications.

  • Designs and documents new processes.

  • Coordination of external support resources.

  • Coordinates and executes relevant unit and integration tests.

  • Prepares, plans, and execute trainings.

  • Supports change-release processes and implementation of IT security guidelines.

  • Cooperates with internal clients

Requirements

  • Completed degree in (business) information systems, business administration or comparable qualification

  • Solid professional and project experience in an SAP environment

  • Proved track of records of minimal 7 years of experience in SAP SD

  • Good knowledge in at least one other associated SAP module highly desirable (FI, MM, WM)

  • Sound knowledge in ABAP debugging

  • Experience in analysis, illustration und optimization of sales processes

  • Experience in coordination external resourecs

  • Experience in an international working environment / project organization

  • Autonomous and efficient working method, very good communication skills

  • Very good English language skills

  • 80% Home office, 20% in the office (Liberec)
