We are small international team of 8 based in new modern Visionary office right next to the metro station. Our team collaborates with other delivery center located in India. THIS WILL BE YOUR ROLE:

We act as a middle step between our client, representing agricultural/lawn care industry, and their dealership located worldwide, covering a service in Portuguese, French, German, Turkish, Italian, Polish and Russian language. Our role is to support client in correct warranty claim validation, eliminating unjustified costs and if necessary, identifying and addressing suspicious behaviors of dealers. On the other hand, we cooperate also with dealers to understand their challenges in various repairs, guiding them through the process to solve any discrepancies being in breach of defined warranty agreements.

Your main responsibility will be written communication with client’s dealer and daily usage of foreign languages. You will be learning basics of mechanics, verifying claim information using several client’s online tools like parts catalogue or technician’s advisory tool and SAP. No prior automotive/mechanical or SAP knowledge is required for this role as team will provide you with the necessary training.

You will get an opportunity to meet our client representatives who are visiting us yearly and participate in regular conference calls related to process clarifications. You can improve your knowledge of PC tools and learn operating new applications used in the corporate world. It is important that all our activities are performed accurately and that we respect the given deadlines.

This is part-time role suitable for student/DPČ (Agreement on Work activities).

THIS IS WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE:

  • good knowledge of English (company, client and team core language)

  • Advanced Polish

  • Nice to have German
