Account and Partner Manager with English

Our client for this project is a leading provider of communications services connecting consumers and businesses through cloud-connected devices worldwide. They provide a robust suite of feature-rich business communication solutions that offer flexibility, portability, and ease of use for landlines and mobile phones.

Main Responsibilities

  • Take inbound sales enquiries for Vonage’s product suite and convert them to sales

  • Update and manage CRM software with lead data

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders

  • Focus on continually achieving and exceeding targets

Sales & Customer Care Skills

  • Relevant sales/customer care activity in a similar role

  • Able to demonstrate Vonage’s product via the telephone and virtual mediums

  • Articulate the product benefits and commercial aspects of the Vonage solution

  • Become a Vonage product expert

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

Key Competencies

  • Interest in cloud-based communications and technology

  • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage

  • Competent understanding of Microsoft 365

  • Self-motivated team player that shares insight and knowledge

  • Ability to develop and build long-term relationships with clients

Knowledge & Experience

  • Fluent and near-native English language skills, both written and spoken

  • Minimum one year of sales and customer service experience 

  • Knowledge of the UK telecommunication industry (VOIP services preferred)

  • Full-time employment (12-month contract including a 3-month probationary period)
